He did that for years, until the venue closed its doors. The training stayed. So did the belief that a great meal is partly the food and partly the person standing in front of you, making it.

Kyle Feasts is that idea, minus the restaurant. There is no team and no handoff — the person you talk to is the person who shops, cooks, plates, and pours. When you book a feast, you get Kyle himself. He teaches, too — full-day cooking classes in your kitchen, ending with the dinner you made together.
